1. Delivery of products


We understand your impatience!

You place an order and now you are eager to receive it, so we start packing the order in a few minutes.

For deliveries on the Romanian territory:
  • Each order placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 will be received the next day in most cases, but the delivery time given by the courier company is 1-2 working days.
  • Each order is received by couriers both for Romania around 14:00 - 15:30, thus reaching the destination for Romania in 24 - 48 hours.
  • Each order placed on Friday will be received in the next 2 working days, there is also the possibility of delivery on weekends, but counting the cost, this option will be found at the end, before completing the order. Saturday delivery only offers Fan Curier, but does not offer Saturday delivery guarantee. We work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00. Public holidays are free, so it is CLOSED.
  • If you place an order over 300 RON and pay online by bank card, you will benefit from free delivery (ONLY FOR ORDERS IN ROMANIA). We offer free delivery only if we choose the courier company, or you can choose your company, only if you do not have extra km.
  • DO NOT forget to answer the phone, because each order must be confirmed before packaging (if the order does not clearly understand what the customer wants & if you have a custom mix).

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package. (Generally the delivery is 21 RON).


For deliveries in Europe
  • Deliveries are made by Romanian Post and by various courier companies (DPD, DHL, UPS, MRW, Swiss Post Priority, etc. depending on the country where you live)
  • If you have opted for a courier company (DHL, DPD, etc.) the parcels are picked up by couriers around 14:00 - 15:30, from Monday to Friday, thus reaching the destination in 3-5 working days.
  • If you have opted for transport by Romanian Post, the packages are deposited at the post office every Thursday, these having a delivery term between 5 and 10 working days. Considering the international context generated by the pandemic of COVID 19, as well as the increase in the volumes of postal items, the Romanian Post mentions on their website the fact that there are long delays in the circulation of international postal items.
  • For deliveries outside Romania, there is no option to pay at the destination (refund). The order will be paid by bank transfer / Euplatesc, PayPal or Revolut and will leave us only when the amount has entered the account of Orzelowska Beauty SRL.
  • If you place an order of over 150 EURO, you will benefit from free delivery (ONLY FOR DELIVERIES BY ROMANIAN POST OR COLLECTION).

2. Return of products

  • By law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the expiration of the 14-day period.
  • The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, enters into physical possession of the goods.

Extract from the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals:

"Art.9. The right of withdrawal

(1) Except for the cases provided in art. 16, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 days
in order to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial spaces, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13 para. (3) and to art. 14.
 (2) Without prejudice to art. 10, the withdrawal period mentioned in par. (1) expires within
14 days from:
 a) the date of concluding the contract, in the case of service contracts;
 b) the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and which is indicated by
consumer, takes physical possession of the products, in the case of sales contracts "

Thus, customers who are not satisfied with the products can return them, in compliance with the terms and conditions below. In all cases the return costs are borne by the customer.

  • www.pinklashes.ro customers can return the purchased products only in the original packaging, within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt. The ordered product will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, respectively sealed, not to show in any form signs of wear or consumption, to be unopened, with the same label attached, the original packaging and together with the delivery documents they accompanied. Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return, we will return the value of the order to your IBAN account or in the form of a shopping voucher on www.orzelowska.ro., For future purchases.
    ORZELOWSKA BEAUTY SRL will fully refund the value of the returned product (s), and the costs of the bank transfer will be borne by www.pinklashes.ro. All you have to do is inform us at the email address orzelowska.office@gmail.com, indicating in writing the IBAN number of your bank account, the name of the holder and his CNP and the reasons for returning the products. It is necessary to send us the product (s) through a courier company, packing the product (s) you want to send us, so that they are not damaged during transport. We will send the courier to you to pick up your package, its payment being made by you. We would like to mention that if you return the product for reasons related to www.pinklashes.ro (eg product sent incorrectly), then www.pinklashes.ro assumes the return costs. Due to administrative reasons, ORZELOWSKA BEAUTY SRL will not accept packages that do not comply with the conditions presented above. Also, in case of damage to the product / saddle during transport, sent as a return, due to improper packaging, the value of the package will not be paid by ORZELOWSKA BEAUTY SRL and the package will be returned to you.

3. Delivery problems, lost packages and refunds

  •  We remind you that we are not responsible for couriers and collaboration between you.
  •  If you need to contact a courier company regarding the delivery, please access their website and mention the AWB number provided by us by email or sms. Only they have information about the status of your package
  • If it happens for various reasons (lack of answer on the phone, courier problems or change the delivery date without success) and ** do not pick up the package ** the package will return to our headquarters.
  • If the package is lost due to the courier company, the packages from abroad have insurance and you will receive your money.
  • If you refuse the package (do not pick up, do not answer the phone, refuse) upon receipt for various reasons and it is returned to us, within 30 days from the date of return, we will refund the value of the products in your IBAN account or under form of a shopping voucher on www.pinklashes.ro, for future purchases.
  • The return date means the date on which the package arrives in our possession.
  • The value of the products means that our company returns the money only on the ordered products and not on transport. Payment for the transport is your obligation, from the moment you place the order and you have assumed that this order will go through a courier service. We pay this amount for transport to the courier company, so it is your obligation to pay it.

Complaints
Any notification will be taken into account and will be treated with priority, the maximum response time being 30 calendar days from its receipt. Notifications should be sent in writing to orzelowska.office@gmail.com.

Exemptions from the right of withdrawal:

  • In accordance with art. 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which were not prefabricated and which require the individual choice or determination of the consumer or which are clearly customized, as well as for contracts on the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
