The difference between brands and curl

The difference between brands and curl

The most common question when it comes to eyelash extensions brands that we sell, is related to the differences between them.

Well, what are the differences between the Blossom, Yassine, Nagaraku and iBeauty lashes?

  • First of all, Blossom, Yassine and iBeauty lashes are premium lashes, made of Korean material, you can find them on our online store in matte version , while Nagaraku lashes are standard lashes and the material is shiny, Chinese, which will give you the impression that they are more voluminous.

  • Blossom lashes are Camellia lashes. If you have never heard this name before, you should know that it means that on a line of eyelashes you will find 3 different lengths, and they are supported by the magnetic water at the base. Many times, clients didn't want Blossom eyelashes, because they thought they came with a magnet, just like magnetic eyeliner eyelashes. Now I have explained this aspect as well. One is magnetic water and the other is the magnet from the magnetic eyelashes. Magnetic water is invisible and keeps the feet of the lashes gently glued. When you take a fan with tweezers, there is no risk to ruin the fan.

  • Other brands use an older system, with a weak glue, instead of magnetic water. Blossom eyelashes help with volume for beginners, because from 3  layers, you can make a larger volume without breaking the fan. It's just a secret, which helps you to make the perfect fan, when you make fans, you should make it with eyelashes slightly raised towards you. Most people fan with the lashes feet lying on the strip and fail to have a fan with a large opening.

I recommend you watch two movies about Blossom eyelashes
Here you will see the difference between Blossom and standard lashes:

In the video below you will find how to make bouquets with these easy fun eyelash extensions:

  • Blossom lashes comes in 3 layers per line, while Yassine and iBeauty have only one layer of lashes per line. That's why with Blossom eyelashes you can make volume so easily and without a course and even, you have to know, that you can use almost any kind of tweezers for volume..

Now that we have discussed about premium eyelashes and standard eyelashes and classified the brands that we are talking about in this post, let me explain how the tape is for each company.

  • At Yassine you will see that the tape is double adhesive and that it is 3 mm wide, and the tape on the back is made of aluminum foil, so it comes off easily from the palette, without leaving traces. Precisely because the tape is thinner, you will see that when you take the lashes off the tape, the movement is shorter. Also, you will find written on the left side the thickness and on the right the length, which you will not find in other brands in Romania. With Yassine eyelashes, you can make the bouquets much easier than you will with iBeauty, because they come off the tape more easily. Yassine comes with a series of new curls, such as LC and LD, meaning they are flat at the base and rise to the C or D curls. Currently these curls are not found in Romania.
  • At iBeauty, the width of the tape on which the lashes are glued is 4 mm, and on the back there is a simple strip of paper, therefore, the lashes are harder to detach than the Yassine lashes, and the movement will be longer when you make a bouquet.iBeauty brings, unlike the other brands, the curvature M and L (the shape at the curvature L differs a lot from the shape of the L curvature from Yassine and Blossom, you will see the difference in the pictures below).
  • Nagaraku eyelashes have a glossy texture, and in a box you will find 16 lines. Nagaraku only produces curvature D and C, you will not find CC curvature. The tape on the back is simple, but the tape on which the lashes are glued is 3 mm.
  •   Orzelowska lashes (after changed lash card to Yassine) comes with:

1. U + curvature, which are more curved than D curvature. They are the most curled lashes on the market at the moment. We recommend that they not be placed near the nose, where eyelashes are placed as straight as possible. This curl is only suitable for people who have natural eyelashes already curled. The Orzelowska lashes was changed to the Yassine brand, being the same eyelashes, but with a different logo.
2. Curl B, Orzelowska was changed to the Yassine brand, being the same lashes, but different logo. These are short sizes, especially for application near the nose.

Fun fact - Did you know that Blossom and Yassine eyelashes have the same manufacturer?

I want to point out another aspect related to eyelashes. Matte or glossy eyelashes? Which lasts longer? Which is easier to work with? If you have experience in the field, you already know the answer. If you are a beginner, let me explain. Glossy eyelashes have more silicone and that's why they are more slippery, which makes sticking with natural eyelash not as good as matte eyelashes. Even though many ladies want shiny lashes, you must know that they do not last as long as matte lashes.

Now let me tell you how you can mix curves regardless of brand.
* Yassine eyelash extensions are more curved than iBeauty eyelashes

Yassine

Curl D can be mixed with Nagaraku curl D, because they are identical .
The CC curl can be mixed with the iBeauty D curl.
Curl C can be mixed with Nagaraku C or iBeauty B.
Curl B can be mixed with iBeauty curl C.

Nagaraku
Curl D can be mixed with Yassine curl D.
Curl C can be mixed with Yassine curl C, but also iBeauty curl CC.

iBeauty
Curl D can be mixed with Yassine curl CC
CC curlcan be mixed with Yassine C curl
Curl C can be mixed with Yassine curl B
Curl B - this curl is super straight and cannot be mixed. Our recommendation is to apply this curl only to the inside of the eye.

Butterfly and Nagaraku have identical curls. Brands can be mixed without problems.

When it comes to Blossom eyelashes, we do not recommend mixing them with other brands.

In conclusion, applying eyelash extensions is an art, which means that you, my dear, are an artist and even if you are at the beginning of the road, don't forget ... you must start small and dream big!
